Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 10 μL per test. Immunocytochemistry: 1:10 using isolated EVT cells fixed with 0.5 % PFA at 4 °C for 15 minutes followed by acetone at -20 °C for 2 minutes. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen and paraffin embedded sections. Protease treatment of paraffin sections is required. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product.
