Indications d'application:

Western Blot: Approx 58-60 kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates and in lysates of cell line HepG2 (calculated MW of 58.9 kDa according to NP_006648.1). Recommended concentration: 0.05-0.1 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.

Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in HeLa and HepG2 cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/ml.
