    Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows strong staining surrounding the nuclei of spermatocytes and surrounding spermatozoa. Recommended concentration: 0.3 μg/mL.

    Western Blot: Approx 19 kDa band observed in Human Kidney and Testis lysates and in lysates of cell line HEK293 (calculated MW of 22.1 kDa according to NP_002076.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. This antibody has been successfully used in WB on

    Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
