Specificité: Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Carboxypeptidase A [Bovine Pancreas]. Cross reactivity against Carboxypeptidase A from other sources may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA (1:5000 - 1:25000), WB (1:500 - 1:3000)

Usage: Anti-Carboxypeptidase A has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Carboxypeptidase A in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:15000 to 1:55000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
