Specificité: Recognizes the human vitronectin receptor aVb3 complex, an RGD-directed adhesion receptor. Species cross-reactivity: bovine, chicken, monkey, porcine, canine, rabbit and avian. Not reactive with rat tissue.

Indications d'application: Approved: Flo, ICC, IF (5 - 10 μg/mL), IHC, IHC-Fr, IP

Usage: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections only), Immunocytochemistry and Blocking. Immunoprecipitation: Precipitates integrin alpha V beta3 complex. When resolved by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, bands are observed at ~130kD corresponding to the alpha V subunit and at ~105kD corresponding to the beta3 subunit. Flow Cytometry: 1-3 μg/0.5x1E6cells in 100 μL volume. Immunofluorescence: 5-10 μg/mL for staining of bFGF-treated 6mm cryosections of chick chorioallantoic membrane fixed with acetone. Also effective on 4 % paraformaldehyde fixed, frozen tissues and cells. Not effective for immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Blocking: Inhibits adhesion of cells to vitronectin coated surfaces at 10-25 μg/mL. Positive control: Human myeloma cell lines M21 and MoalphaV.
