Specificité: Recognizes the vitronectin receptor aVb3 complex, an RGD-directed adhesion receptor. Species cross-reactivity: Human, bovine, chick, monkey, porcine, canine, rabbit and avian. Not reactive with rat tissue.

Indications d'application: Approved: Func, IF, IHC, IHC-Fr, IP

Usage: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence and Inhibition of adhesion. Not suitable for Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Inhibition of adhesion of cells to vitronectin coated surfaces: 10-25 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Frozen. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
