Specificité: Recognizes mature chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan core glycoprotein of 250kD as well as precursor polypeptides of 210, 220 and 240kD. Reacts with human melanoma, glioma and proliferating brain endothelial cells.

Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence Microscopy, Immunoprecipitation, Immunoelectron microscopy, FACS analysis, and Functional Block. Immunofluorescence Microscopy: Cells in culture. Immunoprecipitation: 1 μg/1 x10⁶. FACS analysis: 1-2 μg/1 x10⁶. Functional Block: Melanoma cell spreading, glioma cell proliferation, and tumor growth in nude mice. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
