Specificité: This antibody consists of a cocktail of four clones, and will react with the N-terminal domain of NG2, the central collagen binding domain and a membrane proximal epitope. On Western blots, it identifies a band at ~300kD. Reactivity has been confirmed with rat B49 glial cell line.
