Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, and Western Blot. Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher. Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections): 1:50-1:100 with avidin-biotinylated HRP complex (ABC) as detection reagent. Western Blot: 1:50-1:500.
