Indications d'application: Approved: IHC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, IP, WB (1 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry (frozen & formalin/paraffin). Immunoprecipitation: Use Protein G, 2 μg antibody/mg protein lysate. Western Blot: 1 μg/mL for 2 hours at RT. Immunohistochemistry: 1-2 μg/mL for 30 min. at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer,  pH 6.0 for 10-20 min., followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: CaC1 melanoma cells and melanomas. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
