Indications d'application: Approved: IHC, IHC-Fr (2 - 4 μg/mL), IHC-P (2 - 4 μg/mL), IP, WB (0.5 μg/mL)

Usage: Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry (frozen & formalin/paraffin). Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer,  pH 6.0 for 10-20 min., followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Immunoprecipitation: Use Protein A, 2 μg antibody/mg protein lysate. Western Blot: 0.5 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: 2-4 μg/mL. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
