Approved: ICC (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), IHC (0.5 - 1 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Not recommended for Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry/Immunocytochemistry: 0.5-1 μg/mL, For optimal results, tissues or cytospin preparations should be fixed in Carnoy's Fluid (60 % ethanol, 30 % chloroform, 10 % glacial acetic acid). Not recommended for use on formaldehyde fixed tissue. Positive control: Lung, Heart, Skin, Placenta. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
