Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 1 μg/mL. ELISA: 1:4000 (0.5 μg/mL). Western Blot: 5-10 μg/mL, Reducing or non-reducing conditions, EDTA-extracted fraction of bovine bone. Immunohistochemistry: 5-10 μg/mL (human cartilage tissue).
