Specificité: Reacts with the 87kD human Plakophilin-3. There is no cross reactivity with human Plakophilin-1 and Plakophilin-2 proteins. Reactivity is confirmed with human A431 cells, and HEK293 cells transfected with plasmid expressing human Plakophilin-3. Based on sequence homology, this antibody is expected to react with mouse and canine.

Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA (0.1 - 1 μg/mL), IF (1 - 3 μg/mL), IHC, IHC-P, IP, WB (1 - 3 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation (native), Immunohistochemistry (formalin fixed paraffin embedded), Immunofluorescence and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.1-1 μg/mL. Immunoprecipitation: 10 μg/IP reaction. Immunohistochemistry: 10 μg/mL. Immunofluorescence: 1-3 μg/mL. Western Blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Note: Immunofluorescent assays were performed using methanol-fixed HCT8/E8 and paraformaldehyde-fixed HaCat cells. For optimal IF results, methanol and paraformaldehyde- fixed cells should be permeabilized with 0.2 % Triton X-100 for 5 and 15 minutes, respectively, prior to incubation with primary antibody.
