Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), Flo (25 μg/mL), WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL, detection limit: 7 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL, detects 5 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. Not recommended for use under reducing conditions. Flow Cytometry: 25 μg/mL. Add 10 μL of the diluted. solution to 1-2.5 x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 μL. The binding of unlabeled monoclonal antibodies may be visualized by adding 10 μL of a 25 μg/mL stock solution of a secondary developing reagent such as goat anti-rat IgG conjugated to a fluorochrome. Positive control: NCI-H460 human large cell lung cancer cells.
