Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), Neut (1 - 5 μg/mL), WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Neutralization and ELISA. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit is ~10 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity 5-50 fold. Neutralization: 1-5 μg/mL in the presence of 100 ng/mL of rmChemerin, using the human ChemR23 transfected BaF/3 cell chemotaxis assay. ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL. Detection limit is ~10 ng/well. Hybridoma: Mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a rat immunized with purified, E. coli-derived, recombinant mouse Chemerin (rmChemerin, aa17-156, Accession # NP_082128).
