Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL. The detection limit is ~50 ng/well. Hybridoma: Mouse myeloma cells were fused with B cells obtained from a rat immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant mouse Meteorin.
