Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA (0.1 - 1 μg/mL), IF (2 - 10 μg/mL), WB (0.1 - 1 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. ELISA: 0.1-1 μg/mL. Western Blot: Detects a band at ~65kD. Immunofluorescence: 2-10 μg/mL. Positive control: T84 cell line (human intestinal epithelium), MDCK cells (canine kidney), Caco-2 cells (human colon adenocarcinoma) and rat liver. Does not appear to detect the most highly phosphorylated form of the occludin protein when tested on Caco-2 cells. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
