Usage: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections): 1:12.5-1:100. Fixed tissues should be treated with 0.2 % Triton-X 100 for 5 min prior to incubation with antibody. Use avian-biotinylated horseradish peroxidase complex as a detection reagent. Immunocytochemistry: Methanol fixed cells. Western Blot: 1:50-1:500. Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher.
