Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), ICC, WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry, Western Blot and ELISA. Between each step, cells were washed with PBS containing 0.1 % BSA. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit is ~10 ng/lane and under non-reducing and reducing conditions. ECL detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL. The detection limit is ~1 ng/well.
