Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 5-10 μg/mL. Recognizes a band at ~28-30kD in reduced samples. Immunohistochemistry: 5-20 μg/mL using frozen and 4 % PFA-fixed frozen sections, enzymatic detection. ELISA: 5 μg/mL.
