Specificité: Reacts with precursor and active forms of human MMP-3. This is a purified mouse monoclonal antibody to human matrix metalloproteinase 3 (human MMP-3, stromelysin-1) from synovial cells. Cross-reacts with human MMP-10 (34 % ), but does not react with mouse, rat, rabbit and bovine MMP-3.
