Indications d'application: Approved: WB (0.5 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL detects GluR5 in RIPA lysates from a rat brain microsomal preparation. Western Blot Analysis: Rat brain microsomal preparation was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-GluR5 (2 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
