    Approved: IHC, IHC-P, IP, WB (0.5 - 2 μg/mL)

    Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Not suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation. Western Blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL detects Tyrosinase in RIPA lysates from SK-MEL-19 cells. Immunohistochemistry: Detects melanocytic lesions in paraffin embedded tissues.
