Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg immunoprecipitates Vinculin from mouse 3T3/A31 and human A431 RIPA lysates. Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry (frozen and formalin fixed sections): 10 μg/mL will stain Vinculin in Ref-52 cells fixed with 4 % paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with 0.25 % Triton X-100.
