Specificité: Recognizes the human endoglin, also known as CD105. CD105 is a glycoprotein homodimer of 95 kD subunits. CD105 is expressed by endothelial cells, activated monocytes and some leukaemia cells.

Indications d'application: Approved: Flo, IHC, IHC-Fr, IP, WB

Usage: Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. The epitope recognised by this antibody is reported to be sensitive to formaldehyde fixation and tissue processing. For IHC acetone fixation of frozen sections is recommended.
