Détail du produit anti-IL-10 anticorps

Specificité: Specific for human Interleukin-10 (IL-10). IL-10 is expressed by activated CD8+ peripheral blood T-cells, activated T-helper CD4+ T cell clones mast cells, B cell lymphomas and LPS activated monocytes. This clone is reported to neutralize the effects of IL-10(4).

Purification: Protein G purified

Immunogène: Human IL-10 expressed by COS cells.

Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA, Flo, IHC, IHC-P (1:100), WB (1:100 - 1:250)

Usage: Flow Cytometry: Membrane permeabilization is required for this application. Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistology: This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment with sodium citrate buffer  pH 6.0 prior to staining paraffin sections.
