Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (frozen): acetone-fixed cryostat sections or cell smears. Flow Cytometry: 1:20 as determined on RPMI8866 cells. Can be used in a 2-step procedure using the biotin- (strep)avidin system. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
