Approved: ELISA, WB
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: Useful as a detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying human G-CSF protein levels. Western Blot: Useful for Western blot applications. A concentration of 1-5 μg/mL (in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig) has been found to enable detection of 100 ng/lane of recombinant human G-CSF under reducing conditions. - Commentaires
