Indications d'application: Suitable for use in ELISA (capture antibody at 20- g/mL), Western blot (1- g/mL) and Toxin Neutralization. Neutralizes Vero Cell toxicity of E. coli O157:H7 extracts when used at a 5 µg/mL concentration. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Stockage commentaire: Store lyophilized product at 2-8 °C. After reconstitution, short term (up to 2 weeks) store at 2-8 °C. Long term (up to one year) aliquot and store at -28 °C. If aliquoted for long term storage, fill volume should be equal to or greater than 50 % of the nominal fill volume of the vial used.
