Information d'application

Indications d'application: Suitable for use in ELISA and IFA. Functions both as capture and detection antibody. A starting range of 1:10-1:50 is suggested. Direct FA staining of target antigens in a permissive tissue culture system. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. Pre-block slide with 10 % normal goat serum. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
