Indications d'application: Approved: ELISA (1:1000 - 1:5000), IHC, WB

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA (sandwich or capture), Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
