Specificité: Recognizes wild type and recombinant forms of Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP). Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin and anti-mouse serum. Does not recognize enhanced forms of GFP.

The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
