Approved: ELISA, IHC, IHC-P, WB (0.5 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and immunohistochemistry. ELISA: Reacts with human Hepatitis C Virus. Western Blot: 0.5 μg/mL will allow visualization of 0.5 μg/lane of synthetic NS-4 peptide and 0.1 μg/lane recombinant Chimeric HCV polyprotein. Immunohistochemistry: Immunoperoxidase-avidin-biotin (ABC) assay for Formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissue section using diluted antibody. -
