Specificité: The antibody is directed against the phosphorylated form of humand S283 residue. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with mouse and human based on 100 % sequence homology. Cross-reactivity with Tropomyosin-1 alpha pS283 from other sources has not been determined.
