- Sujet
- MD-1 is a small 28-kD molecule that is usually found in association with CD180 (RP105), a member of the Toll-like receptor family. MD-1 is primarily expressed by B cells, dendritic cells and monocytes, and promotes the recognition of, and subsequent signaling by, LPS in the innate immune system. The MD-113 antibody is reported to be antagonistic for LPS-induced B cell proliferation.
