Indications d'application
- ChIP: 5 - 10 µL per ChIP WB*: 1:1,000 - 1:5,000 dilution *Note: many chromatin-bound proteins are not soluble in a low salt nuclear extract and fractionate to the pellet. Therefore, we recommend a High Salt / Sonication Protocol when preparing nuclear extracts for Western Blot.

Sujet
- SIN3A (Switch independent 3 homologue) is the mammalian homologue of the yeast protein Sin3. SIN3A is transcriptional co-repressor that is recruited to promoters by sequence-specific DNA binding proteins, such as REST, MXI1 and MAD-MAX. It is part of a large multi-subunit repressor protein complex that also contains HDAC1, HDAC2 and SMRT/NCoR1.
