    Attributs du produit
Anti-Sialyl-Le[x] monoclonal antibody (clone CSLEX1) is specific for the α2-3 sialosylated form of lacto-N-fucopentaose III, sialyl Lex (Sle[x]). Sle[x] is expressed on granulocytes, monocytes and both normal and tumor cells of diverse origin. It has been shown to be a ligand for both endothelial leukocyte adhesion molecule-1 (ELAM-1 or E-selectin), and granule membrane protein-140 (GMP-140 or P-selectin).
