Specificité
- Recognizes human Protein C. Epitope specificity differs from that of clone 6F182. Strong reaction is seen in sandwich ELISA in combination with a biotin labeled antigen against protein C, or in combination with at polyclonal antibody against human Protein C. In Western Blot after SDS-PAGE reacts with protein C in non-reduced form only.
