Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot, Immuno-electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1 μg/mL was sufficient for colorimetric detection of Hsp/Hsc70 in 20 μg of heat shocked HeLa lysate using goat anti-mouse IgG: HRP as the secondary antibody. Positive control: BT474 or HeLa cells, breast carcinoma.
