Specificité: Reacts with canine intra-acrosomal sperm protein (92 and 42 kD), a testis-specific acrosomal vesicle protein 1 associated with the acrosomal membranes and matrix of the mature sperm.

Immunogène: Freshly ejaculated dog sperms were washed in PBS and extracted in 3% acetic acid, 10% glycerol, 30 mM benzaminidine. The acid extract was dialyzed against 0.2% acetic acid, lyophilized and subsequently used for immunization.
