Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Neutralization. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Flow Cytometry: 50 μg/mL. Add 10 μL to 1-2.5x 10^5 cells in < 200 μL reaction volume. ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL detects 0.4 ng/well. Neutralization: 3-15 μg/mL blocks 50 % of the binding of 2.5 ng/mL of rhCD200/Fc to immobilized rhCD200/Fc chimera (100 μL of 2 μg/mL per well). 50 μg/mL blocks >90 %.
