Western Blot: Preliminary testing showed a band at approx 40 kDa in Human Heart and approx. 37-38 kDa in Human Spleen lysate after 1 μg/mL antibody staining (calculated MW of 39.0 kDa according to NP_001453.1). Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
