Specificité: Recognizes rabbit FKBP59. Has been shown to block the ability of FK506 to promote neurite outgrowth from SH--SY5Y cells in a concentration-dependent manner between 50-100nM. Species cross-reactivity: Human, monkey, bovine, mink, rabbit, hamster and guinea pig (weakly).
