Specificité: Reacts the ~130kD human Dlg protein. Reactivity with human p55, PSD-95 and other related MAGUK proteins has not been observed. Reacts with an epitope located within amino acids 1-166. Reactivity is confirmed with human HeLa cells. Jurkat cells, Caco-2 and human T lymphocytes can also be used as positive controls.
