Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot 1:5000-1:10000, recognizes a band at ~65kD representing bovine RPE65 protein. Also been tested on recombinant human protein in COS7 cells. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:250 on murine retinal sections and ICC in porcine. Immunofluorescence: 1:250.
