Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL. Detection limit for rhChymase is ~1 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL. Detection limit for rhChymase is. ~10 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Immunoprecipitation: 25 μg/mL from conditioned cell culture medium.
