Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Rinse slides 3X and then incubate with appropriate secondary antibody for 1 hour at RT. Rinse slides again 3X and set coverslip. Examine staining using fluorescence microscopy.
