Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Direct ELISA and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 25 μg/mL use 10 μL to label 1 x10⁶. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL detection limit for rhAMICA is ~2 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL detection limit for rhAMICA is ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
