    Western Blot: Approx 65-70 kDa band observed in Human Cerebral Cortex lysates (calculated MW of 66.9 kDa according to NP_000808.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Primary incubation 1hour at room temperature.

    Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.

    Commentaires

    Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in A431 cells. Recommended concentration: 10μg/ml.

    Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric analysis of A431 cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
